Yeah VPD cops got heavy handed to my knee, and it’s annoying when people ignore and dismiss it. I can also recognize that some do a pretty good job, like when my old apartment had a huge flame up beside it.
So I can see even though it’s important to know most cops aren’t brutal, any cop doing anything heavy handed to dirty is wrong. As I said since 1996, “The only thing worse than criminal, is a cop that’s a criminal.”
I will not tolerate brutality, and will treat complaints to the Mayor’s office with serious concern. Fairly.
