This is usually the most obvious thing about Libertarians, and the largest issue with regard to the Pipeline issue, aside from corporate welfare/subsidies and China and Government funded clean up.
Yes we had issues with pipelines. No a pipeline itself.
Actually doing a pipeline our way, likely wouldn’t be done. They largely squeeze the taxpayer into making it more viable than a tanker truck.
But property rights, you earn it, you shouldn’t be told how to paint it or what you can or can’t do inside it. Or that you can’t run an Air B&B or not. That you have to rent it out, or can’t. You should do anything you want to with it, if it isn’t physically hurting people, defrauding, outright stealing and violating or easing on another’s property…well like your very own person.
I am befuddled how many property owners have signs with Green and NDP on them, it’s like surrendering rights away, although many of them are owned/ran by property management and developer groups not individuals.
