Maybe a beard would be reason to find one put off, however most of the objection is the presumption of a crime happening or a person being a criminal and this presumption is wrong. It may be unpleasant, but a crime has to happen, and guilt is proven in court. The prison issue, well, you got proven guilty, you should be put in jail of your birth gender or sex. Transwomen, may be women, but they are not Female and Criminals are also Criminals; rights don’t follow you into a punishment upon Conviction of a Crime. So forget Women’s Prison.
